Device function description:
1. This equipment can realize the integrated process of injection molding lens film and cutting nozzle.
2. The mechanical arm adopts the imported Epson brand mechanical arm, and is equipped with a vision system to ensure the accuracy can reach/-0.1mm.
3. The feeding turntable uses a cam divider for feeding to further ensure accuracy.
4. The air shower filter device is used at the top of the equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the internal environment during normal operation of the machine, and to avoid dust on the surface of the lens, resulting in product bubbles during film sticking.

6. The cutting nozzle is hot and the temperature is adjustable, which can be applied to products of different materials.
