Automatic Unpacking and Sealing Equipment
1. Main use: used for automatic unpacking and sealing of cartons. 2. Working principle: Open the carton board, fold the top of the box, seal it with tape and transport it to the next position. 3. Medical Defibrillation Product Test Assembly Line
1. The product is put into the tray and flows on the assembly line in the direction of the arrow; 2. Safety, interaction, defibrillation and parameter tests flow from the tray tray to the corresponding station for jacking and positioning, automatically scan the code, dock the plug and open the test program; 3. Frame line fixture transfer line
It is used for reflow of frame line fixture and consists of 1-5# belt transmission line and 1# and 2# elevators. The purpose is to reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve production efficiency and make efficient use of production area.
Automatic film sticking and water cutting equipment for structural parts
1. This equipment can realize the integrated process of injection molding lens film and cutting nozzle. 2. The mechanical arm adopts the imported Epson brand mechanical arm, and is equipped with a vision system to ensure the accuracy can reach/-0.1mm. 3. The feeding turntable uses a cam divider for feeding to further ensure accuracy. 4. The air shower filter device is used at the top of the equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the internal environment during normal operation of the machine, and to avoid dust on the surface of the lens, resulting in product bubbles during film sticking. 5, equipment film production capacity: UPH≥ 360. 6. The cutting nozzle is hot and the temperature is adjustable, which can be applied to products of different materials.
